You can choose to purchase either a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION or an ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION which gives you access to 4 x Hatha Flow Classes (Live in Venue); 4 x Slow Flow Classes (Online) 4 x Sunrise Yoga Classes (Online) + a Bonus Yin Yoga session online per month.

Drop in classes are available for two purposes

1) To trial our yoga offering

2) To attend the YIN yoga session. We recognise that not everyone wants a more energetic practice.
