How it Works
Before we start you will receive a 21 Days to Glow pack that contains all you need to get going.
You will be asked to assess how you feel - energy levels, focus and emotions - and assess the condition of your skin.
Once the challenge starts you will work through the booklet completing the tasks for each day. Each week you will receive powerful activities to focus on:

I know how busy life can get so the tasks are bite size and are designed to be easily absorbed into your daily routine. We're focussing on building habits here to support your wellbeing.
Other tasks will take a little longer and can be scheduled when you have the time and the space to dedicate to looking after you.
