Enjoy a day retreat where yoga, food, and craft come together to honour your heart — both physically and energetically.
We begin with a heart focused yoga practice designed to gently open your body, support your heart chakra and encourage self-love and inner connection.
The practice is about you! It is an invitation to soften, listen, and reconnect — not with anyone else - but with yourself. Because it’s what you deserve.
We’ll explore self-love, compassion, and the creative energy that lives within the heart space.
After yoga, enjoy a nourishing lunch, prepared to support both body and soul — a chance to rest, connect, and integrate the practice.
In the afternoon, you’ll make your very own heart crafted from beautiful Somerset willow. We’ll wrap your heart in soft, fresh moss and add a red rose with delicate gypsophila, creating a living wall-hanging you can proudly take home.

Workshops
Beginners Yoga Workshop

If you want to learn to practice yoga or deepen your knowledge and build on your skills then this workshop is for You.
If you want to feel more confident in your yoga practice this workshop is also for You.
In just 3 hours you will learn:
* Fundamental Yoga Postures
* What is means to have good alignment in a posture
* Two breath techniques
* Why it is so important to breathe well and the benefits you experience
* Learn common yoga bandhas and Mudras used in regular yoga practice
* How to relax, not always as simple as it may sound
* Experience a simple meditation that you can repeat at home
By the end of the course you will feel confident and well informed. And if you are new to yoga you will feel ready to join a regular yoga class.

Menopause Yoga Workshop

Our journey through menopause can be turbulent and exhausting. Having tools and techniques to help manage symptoms can be really helpful.
Being in a safe space with other women where you can listen and be heard, ask questions, and pick up helpful tips can be deeply reassuring.
As our bodies move into the menopause we experience massive change as our homone levels fluctuate and drop. A simple yoga practice can give relief to many of the symptoms helping to relieve hot flushes, assist with alleviating anxiety, fatigue and brain fog,
Certain yogic breath practices are so helpful that once learned can form part of your Menopause Management Tool Kit.
All of this and more is included within this highly informative workshop. You will leave feeling better informed and with a clearer idea of the actions you might want to take to look after yourself.
