Yoga Subscription Terms & Conditions 1. Subscription Overview • The Service provides access to live and/or pre-recorded yoga classes. • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and automatically renew until canceled. 2. Eligibility • You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to subscribe. • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. 3. Subscription Fees and Billing The monthly subscription fee is £47 and will be charged on the same date each month (Billing Date is the date you commenced your subscription). The annual subscription fee is £470 and will be charged on the same date annually. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in these Terms. • We may change subscription fees at any time. You will receive notice before any changes take effect. 4. Cancellation and Refunds • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us. • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds for monthly membership will be issued for mid-month cancellations. Notice of 31 days is required to cancel an annual subscription and must be supplied in writing to Wild Earth Yoga and Wellbeing. 5. Account and Access • Your subscription is for personal use only and may not be shared. • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are suspected of fraudulent activity. 6. Health and Medical Disclaimer • Always consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program. • Our instructors are not medical professionals. Participation in yoga classes is at your own risk. • We are not liable for any injuries or health issues that may result from your participation. 7. Intellectual Property • All content provided through the Service, including videos, images, and text, is owned by Wild Earth Yoga and Wellbeing or licensed to us. • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission. 8. Modifications to Service • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. 9. Limitation of Liability • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild Earth Yoga and Wellbeing shall not be liable
