Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make our cancellation process as simple as possible while ensuring fairness to all attendees and organisers. Please review our cancellation policy below: 1) Cancellations Made 48 Hours Before 9am on the Morning of the Event You are eligible for a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another event of equal value (subject to availability) 2) Cancellations Made Between 24 to 48 Hours Before 9am on the Morning of the Event You will receive a 50% refund. Alternatively you may transfer your booking to another event with a £10 rescheduling fee 3) Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before the Event Unfortunately no refunds or transfers will be available for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event. 4) No-Show Policy If you do not attend the event and fail to notify us in advance no refunds or rescheduling will be provided. 5) Event Cancellations of Changes by the Organiser In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule the Yoga Evening, you will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer your booking to a future event. Cancellation requests must be made within the stated time frames to qualify for refund or transfers. We are a small business and thank you for your understanding and support.
